hey, i just turned lvl 30 yesterday, and i noticed that my sp is really short, and i need a sp farming plan or something to get the sp i need for skills...
Some Info on my char:
-lvl 30 pure int spear, planning to switch to sword when im high lvl [0 gap]
-30 fire: lvl 3 book2 imbue, lvl 1 nuke
-30 light: lvl 1 flow-piercing force and nuke, lvl 7 grasswalk and lionshout, lvl 3 passive
-20 bicheon: lvl 1 soulspear and ghostspear, lvl 2 passive
-20 spear: lvl 1 bloodblade and knockdown skill
-4th degree protector
-lvl 29 +1 spear
-no silk ( no goldticket / monkey )
-poor only have about 300k
-was planning to get a build similar to the 1 used in this guide: http://www.silkroadforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=25695 cept only passive for hueksal and nothing else
right now i only have about 400something sp, which is not enough to cover up for all the lvl 31 skills+masteries, what can i do to make up for the sp im missing? is there anyway i can pull this off without deleveling my character?
~if you need anymore info on my character, just say so

Keep leveling while keeping your mastery at 30.

I have a pure int s/s & spear duel built at the same situation before; and also a friend who's a spear nuker. I think it's pretty typical of nukers to get their nukes once their character hit 30 and then end up with a zero gap. I'm now at 35 and my friend at 37. I just kept all my masteries at 30 and continue to level; the sp will come; nuker can easily kill everything white and low orange mobs with 2 hits from a spear (imbue+nuke+soul), which means more sp. The quest exp points are also good enough for leveling. Don't switch to a s/s yet; the spear nukes are more powerful which means less hits. At your level, black scorpions (non-aggro) are definitely do-able with good sp; a whole bunch are located at the most western, north-south route at DW just before the Dead Ravine.

I plan on sticking to it till 39. There's no real new skills until your second book of nukes, which is at your 40's. It's definitely doable for a nuker; it just takes longer to lvl... the consequence of not farming at 16!

+1. Level to 39 with your masteries low at 30, then continue until 42. Farm here and delevel once you hit 43. Might take a while though.

Yes, 32 with a new weapon; I find as a nuker you could always take on higher lvl mobs as long as they are non-aggressive. The next non-aggro mob are the 'Black Robber Follower' (lvl 35). It should be about 200 sp per kill depending on whether you're in a party. At 32, it still only takes about 2 hits. They're located on the same path as before except further south beyond the Ongs. Also, at 32 you should have a quests for regular scorpions and then at 33, Flowers and Ongs.

That's was exactly my plan for my character also. At 42, I could lvl my mastery to 33 still with a 9 gap and take on Red-eye Ghost. Not sure if you really need to de-level; he doesn't sound that hardcore. Also as a pure int spear nuker he should be able to to farm red-eye ghost at 39 with his mastery still at 30. Depends on how many hits it takes to kill it; anything more than 3 hits is not worth it; nukers lack patience I will check this out to see how long it takes to kill it at 35 and my friend at 37.

The +1 thing ; I think most people in this forum is too manly to say they agree with each other, so they say '+1' or '+ whatever' as an indicator that they agreed.
As for the spear mastery to lvl 30; it's a good idea because at 30 you could also bank on the spear hp passive, which you'll need as a pure int nuker. If you read some of the guides in this forum for nukers (for either s/s or spear), it's recommended to put the heuksal mastery eventually to at least lvl 60 just so you could get all the hp passive. AND/OR get the ice guard buff skill for physical protection. Well, at least that's what I did for my s/s/spear character; got both hp passive and ice at 30 but still feel weak against physical based mob. May be I need to switch over to armor; using protector now for the 10% speed and mp bonus. So, if you're low on gold that's also something to consider.

Oh missed this one. All you need is lvl 1 of each book of nukes to get the next book. So, if you could wait till lvl 43 to get book 2 then there's no point of wasting your sp to lvl up book 1. lvl 50 for the 2nd book of light and ice. In terms of damage for lvling up the book 1 fire nuke, I have no clue. I wasn't planning on it 'cause it cost way too much sp, i rather save it for the next book.

L50 of Ice is correct; you only need book 1 lvl1 in order to get bk2 lvl 1. But in order to get bk 2 of light you HAVE to max book 1 @ lvl 9.

yup, max light nuke bk 1, leave fire bk 1 at lvl 1 and get fire bk 2 at 43

It's not a problem.
My friend Lu_Bu09 was lv 42 with lv 30 skills, and he could level fine.
You could keep a gap as long as you want and be just as effective (well... To a certain point).
Although you will make less xp.
You should go with a constant 3 or 2 gap. That's what I did for SOOOOOOOOO long. I also leveled like a str, using 2 bicheon combos to kill 1 mob.

It is a good place, however if you do at higher lvls (64 and or 69/70) you get 8d items/tablets you can use for your final gear (or lucky = sox item)
