For some reason, it doesn't seem like my Frost Nova is freezing as much as my Ice River. Its suppose to Freeze 50% of the time, and Ice River only 5%, but these are the numbers....

Frost Nova froze 5 out of 17 times.

Ice River froze 6 out of 10 times.

Whats going on here?

If your enemy is frostbitten, are they more likely, if it by another freezing move, to be frozen than if they weren't frostbitten?

:( I dunno, I kept doing it and I has a very low rate of freezing... does it not work as well against computer enemies? Or do certain monsters have resistance?

You hacked the game :D

My frost nova in ISRO used to freeze about half the time. If I used frost nova wind, then woods, they would always get frozen.

75% would be more correc as explained in the picuture below.
And offcourse, odd don't look at the past, meaning nomatter how many times you tried freezing withou succes, the odds of freezing them the next time stay 50%, they don't increases suddenly.

P.S. don't laugh with my paintskills.
