Just buy a wolf if you like one

Doesn't matter what you are :?

They're just for fun/a handy dmg addition :)

I would say yes.

As an example, when im yarkan hunting, if i end up being the first one there, the wolfie is a great tank that can take a beating. A lvl76 wolf has over 25k HP, so i send him in first to get yarkan agro on him, while i stand back and fire arrows.

I think every build has a use for a wolf. For sending to mobs to get them to gather together so you can do an AOE attack, or something of the likes.

Lol yeah satman heard you say that twice today. And it depends on the mobs. If your 1 hitting mobs and your wolfs not getting a hit in then pointless. But if you could do with some extra damage i'd buy 1.

Hey man, offcourse you already have the long range, but another good thing for using the wolf is when you rest, you can use the wolf to keep the mobs at distance. In my opinion, that's the greatest advantage of having a wolf.

Because I think that's a waste of money. Only use them when I need them. At the rest, I always chat and do alchemy or something else, so I don't waste the time.

yeah you do that in town.. and grind and chat go well together.. at least for me since my nukes take while to load. Believe me..it takes a lot of time that sitting down all the time.. if you use only potions you can go at least 40% faster imo..
