would it make a difference since im lvl 31 and my mastery lvl on my fire force is lvl 29 and on my weap skill its lvl 28, if i was to make my weap skill lvl 29 ? would it change the amount of exp and sp i would get or wouldnt do anything .. ? Thanks

nope. only the difference between ur highest skill/force and ur lvl matters.
eg. lvl 2 ice, lvl 28 fire and u r lvl 29, so ur gap will be 1 lvl.
lvl 29 ice, lvl 29 fire and ur lvl 30, ur gap will be 1 lvl.
