Ok people say put points into fire and light nuke and I got that, then I went in the game to look at the skills and they weren't there. So what are the real skill names called?

i don't know exact names but they if you scroll all the way down they are second to last skill you can get. below them is the passive skill such as increase dodge and whatever it is for fire.
