which skill is better for pvp? i mean the 3rd book of them. at char lvl 68 they make the same dam. soul cut blade strikes twice and the recharge time is faster.

Unless the guy is running from you, you only have to use a ranged spell once, and I recommend the 3rd book of soul cut blade.

In PvP I'd go with Petal Sword Dance series.
Devil Cut Blade - Physical Attack 318-389 (95%)
Petal Sword Dance - Physical Attack 318-389 (150%)
If I'm correct, the higher the %, the more damage it does. Petal Sword Dance can also hit other targets for decent damage which is pretty good since the majority of Bicheon skills only hit one target. That extra damage from Petal Sword Dance could help out someone in a guild war/job war or something.

I suppose...
But it depends on your play style. If you like to work together with others then I think Petal Sword Dance would be the better choice for you. If you're more focused on 1v1 then I think Devil Cut Blade is right for you.

i say devil cut because its a faster casting spell then sword dance and also does more dmg, but sword dance transfers 3 times, but i'm int/sword light which i means i use alot or range skills in PVP, them fire glavie crits are lethal and fire blades are just annoying and also ice, they can freeze u and cancle ur nukes XD.
