Can A Pure Int Nuker is it called Lightning Archer Any Good with PvP and or theiving?

PS. A friend told me if im a begginer to be a trader first is A full int anything with low hp good at trading.....Side remarks please

Don't go Bow if you're Pure Int, go Sword/Shield and Spear. Builds don't matter for jobs, as long as you can PvP well.
