The one that reduces the abnormal status effect.

At level 68 this skill is maxed and has a status effect reduce of -78.

I remember white spiders can put a frostbite effect of 172 on you, so would this skill just make the effect 94 instead of 172?

Meaning you can clear it with the cheaper pills.

Those no way of becoming totally invincable to abnormal status effects?

Invincable as in they freeze u and nothing happens, you don't slow down at all.

If so then is it just a skill to make the pills cheaper to buy, if that's the case I'll just buy the expensive pills and clear the effect in half a second and spend my sp on something better.

Never used this skill before so please enlighten me.

I don't think there are any monsters that do status bigger tahn the largest pill available.
Quite frankly, unless you have 100%, it is useless to buy % reducing gear/ or upping fire shield. Even if you do get it to 100%, I think it will still cost more to buy a whole set than the number of pills you will use in your sro lifetime. An you will end up having to ditch the set when you don't fight monsters which do that status effect anyway.

Well but somebody (nightbloom i think) said, that with freeze reducing set+this skill, she cant be frozen by anybody. So maybe it doesnt only shorten duration of the effect, but also u have smaller chance to be affected by it.

After reading around a bit I think people buy anti freeze jewels, like if you had 4 18%'s you'd reduce the 172 down to about 40 and the shield would take care of the rest making you unfreezable.

But for someone like me who only ever fights monsters it seems useless, especially now I don't think there's any freezing monsters between 65 and 80.

I have a high level fire shield, and don't think much of it.

The most annoying thing about freeze is it interrupting a skill, which supposedly happens even with a complete get-up of anti-freeze jewels and high level shield (haven't tested myself). If this is true, that really reduces the usefulness of both anti-effect jewelery and fire shield.

One of the best things is that is allows the use of lower pills, thus saving gold. Big whippy do daa.


Only reason I got the skill was because I like to test shit for myself and had a boatload of skill points. I'm still waiting to be impressed by fire shield.
