If you want to be strong, then I suggest fire being your main force skill because it does the most damage.
Lv 69 fire imbue: 351~584
Lv 69 lightning: 286~429

lightning reduces the opponent's parry, which can increase the AVERAGE damage the enemy receives, but only if the lightning effect takes hold of them. fire imbue does more damage inherently, and as such is more consistent. IF the lightning effect was in place, then feasibly the lightning imbue could result in more damage, but if i'm not mistaken that's only a 25% chance, so it makes more sense to do more consistent magical dmg with the fire imbue.

Well, i tested all imbues:

* Fire imbue: have the best damage, helps to kill faster.

* Lighting imbue: it does agro a lot of monsters all the time, they start to hit u and them u die. So basicaly lighting imbue helps... to kill YOU fast.

The same thing happens with fire/lighting nukes too. Lighting nuke can save ur ass or kill u very fast =p

Yes, after book1 all nukes have kind of AOE. That's why I keep using fire book1 when I want to strike a single mob in the middle of a ujigi meeting.
But I use lightning imbue and have no problem with it.
You just have to be careful when you cast a nuke - which is required to play any full int anyway. Splash damages, penetration and AOE, when used smart, can be very efficient.

Aggro/AOE the green mobs was the best way I found the lvl up a nuker fast. A little more costly on the pots though.

ok thank you for the replies and i apologize for all the re-threads i have made for the nuke questions.. i think i pretty much have it down to what im going to get.. so you wont see me asking any other nuker questions =P

PS. LOL ok ok just ONE more and i swear thats it.. ok ive heard ppl say if not full int do at least 90% int.. so would that mean like every 100 Stats i would put 90 into int and 10 into str?

might be different when your level 40 +... dunno though. but as a pure int, at level 70 you will have about 3 k health, so thats about the same as a level 30 or so who is pure str. so it will be like haveing a level 30 with 4 level 60s or 70s on you. Granted, you will be doing a shitload more damage, but ... its still no use if they all do like 800s on you at once..

Pure INTs cant tank. At higher level some monster can take 1/4 of ur hp in 1 hit. Some giants can do criticals that are like 80% of a pure INT's hp... think about it^^

yeah but guy's you dont spend all your ingame time fighting mobs that arent agro ..

i mean if stuff is ganna attack you anyway's , you might aswel start to put damage on it with lighting imbue agro and aoe attacks .

btw BlindSpear white spider giants are red to me , i kill em and thay hit me for 600 to 700 damage , i have more than 2k life ,hmmm thats not 80%
buttwang giants orange to me 400 to 500 damage 800-1000 on a crit , thats still not 80%

you mean to say int cant survive being ganked ,more than a few mobs and your pot speed cant keep up anymore

Kitary, u are not pure Int and u do use a shield while jubacca85
uses a spear, u have much more hp and more phy defense them a pure int...

Robbers archers giants hit me for 1k+ damage whe they crit.
When i was level 35, using mixed 4th and 5th degree garment, they could
hit me over 1.2k+ damage in critical. A PURE int with lvl2 heuksal passive (the comon build) have around 1.3k hp at my level. Now, can a pure int tank this giant while his lighing imbue keep agroing more and more mobs to atack him?

Read again, i said PURE ints cant tank. I never said anything
about hybrids. Im hybrid, giants dont hit me for 80% of my hp too...
