For a pure strength it's a waste. For a hybrid it could help.

why a waste? It would still increase your dmg when you have your imbue on correct?

becouse your magic ballance is low

40% magic ballance means 60% less magic damage damage

I do not consider that skill a waste for str-builds.

Reasoning:

It raises the dmg about twice as much as the fire-skills do for phy attack. 10% Increase of mag damage is a comparable bonus to about 2% increase in phy dmg (For a str-char) . Those 10% increase cost a lousy 500sp.

Imo getting it up to ~10% is a decent deal. I wouldnt max it as str-char tho.

Ok I'll modify my statement. At low levels it is a waste. At level 23 with a pure str glaive I only get about 40 to 50 points per strike from imbue. Need to have good base damage and enough level into piercing to make it worthwhile.

10% of 1000 is only 100 by the time the str char gets 1000 extra imbue damage that 10% exrta wont matter at all

My str glavier is level 47 with a mastery level of 30 for lightning. The damage difference without the buff is only about 100 to 200.

I gotta agree with kitary that it is not a lot and to people who are a little constraint on SP, it would seem like a waste. Especially those who only have mastery level 12 just for grasswalk.

I'll agree with plexiq too because some people do have higher levels for lightning and though a small increase, never hurts to do a little more damage.

I say... get it if you intend to get to mastery 30 and if you have enough SP. Don't get it if you think its not worth it or do not have sufficient SP.
