I'am Lvl 15 I only gotten one bow skill the critical one the rest are in lightning. I'am not going to level my mastery skill no more going to start farming, the question is should I get more bow skills like the double shot one, the white eagle and the bow trait. The lightning has trait also increase parry ratio should I get it? I was thinking of getting the Ice ability also the one the increase your physical damage resistance since I'am all INT bow user using garment.
Thanks.

Depending how long you'll be farming for, and how uber your eq is, you might want to temporarily invest in some higher physical resist armor, esp if you're farming archers. The bonuses to using garments (less MP usage, and faster run speed) don't matter at all since bow users generally don't move, and 20% more mp use is better than 20%+ more damage.
That said, if you plan on being an int user in the future, buy skills that will complement that. If you want to be lighting, start purchasing whichever lightning skills you can as soon as you can afford them without raising your mastery. Just be sure to grab an embue, as without it you won't be getting much kills. As far as bow skills, level one anti-devil bow should be plenty.
