hmm

im like lv 7 or 8 or something

and after leveling allmost all skills to get skills, after i do that,
i try to select skills or move them to the bottom bar, and i cant...
like their locked...someone care to help me?

It isn't an usable skill.
It just raises some stats with a given amount.

Usually 1 line is like that with all the skills in it.
