Impossible to login, even with no Dc client, the client freezes, then after I restart, it says server is undergoing inspection (which lasts for ~ 15 minutes). Any tips?

They do spawn, but then they disappear in second. Annoying when you're luring, you cannot party normally. I know when I partied on 102 mobs, that didnt happen. When does it start happening?
