Scanning through the recent posts on epvp, locks are gonna be a problem with the puri pill glitch fixed. Sleep needs to be reduced to 5 seconds or so, disease adjusted, and other fixes.

Adding the SRO-R skills for chinese would be great too, or else I'll just be telling locks to go screw themselves like I normal I guess.

I didn't, I was reminded of Zelos as I was typing that post. I didn't say they are most skilled team ever. :sohappy:
Hell, if Zelos was completed and still running I'd still be playing there and moderating the nab forums.
It's nice to see Doom finally released his work, hopefully somebody can put it to good use.

Very much so.
If you're not stuck in the sleep + trap bug you'll be stunned to death.
I typically avoid them in 1v1 if I'm on a Ch, but this server is based on jobbing/wars so it will be impossible to avoid them.
Not to mention parties of 10+, which means they're going to be fully buffed, oh joy.

If enough people complain they will get nerfed, I hope.
If nothing is done about them I'll make one myself, and I can't stand playing as a lock.

Indeed. I have always liked Warlocks but never played one, ever. They seem quiet complicated with all those skills o.o but obviously it seems like that to me since i haven't put the time into actually learning it all.

Soon to expect nerfing like Salvation? lol.

I could see them tweaking the CD time on sleep [or removing it] or increasing the debuff CD.

I'm not sure, maybe a wiz/cleric and a warrior/cleric. The server is based on jobbing and a bit of PvE so it makes finding an all in one build a bit difficult.
The only Chinese builds that really match are nuker [going to get crapped on by force/lock] and force bow.

I'll figure it out soon, but I'll more than likely start as a wiz or nuker for PvE and see how the PvP aspect is before I decide on a final char.
I'm thinking glaive is going to be fairly strong since sun weps will be obtainable, crit 15+ is going to hurt.

Name the guild anything but PornFlakes [sorry Cb] :P

Lock is fun to play, but if you ever see me playing one, you'll never see me use sleep trap in pvp, ever. Grinding? Sure, makes my life a bit easier on giants, but that's it.

Myself and Crowley vote for the guild to be called "No". Yes I'm voting for him, don't worry, he'll agree with me. >.>

It was our guild in Creddy Avengers too, I'm sure there's backstory behind it that I don't know, all I know is if we go with that guild name, every question has to be answered with "No". :P

Well, i wouldn't be so sure, that other people will actually be able to work on these server files. And even if they know, how to do it, i don't think their server will be as good as Zelos back then. The team working on the files and their attitude (bot policy, modifications on the original game, lv. cap, etc.) on the game is much more important than the files itself in most cases.

Well, while I completely agree, that is not really the point why doom released the files, he wants other people to learn from it (especially the networking part, and the packets themselves), which is kinda funny since even after 7 years + that this game exists there still isn't a (public) complete packet archive.

No. Donwhang is the best one. There is much more room there and the place also looks better. I'd rather be in Jangan, Donwhang or Hotan, but sadly I can't with 100 cap.

For me, best PvP zone is Jangan, for the nostalgia, since it reminds me of old days. Q.Q

Hello everyone,

I'm back (I left when salvation closed).
Good to see that most of the avalon(salvation) community is still here.
Im also going to join thee 100 cap server probably as full force nuker, but not sure.

I don't think anyone still know me, I was called Cirflexx and JMLigthart, I was a bard, but because there were so many bards I was only needed when there was a lack, what never was.
So because I could never bard, I was chilling in a town talking in guild chat.

Guilds been in: SuddenDeath, Armathyx, Yakuza, etc. etc. etc.

Sometimes a was really long not online and you had to bann me.
Sorry for not telling, but i was very busy with school and other stuffs. And I played( or because i couldn't bard, not played) SRO to much so I totally lost the interest in it.

I hope I can have a nice time with you guys again. This server looks awesome, and I hope to see you in-game.

I shamelessly advertised your post Rawr, don't worry.

The puri pill bug was more than just mBot, if you clicked fast enough you could use multiple pills as well. That's what I did if a lock started attacking me after I told him I didn't want to pvp, pretty much my only lifeline, even with force.
