Is it possible to get custom titles

i am having trouble buy stuff from item mall such as globals and premium ticket and also damage scrolls am i doing something wrong

Made an account yesterday or 2 days ago but I had trouble with outdated data files or so. When I tried logging on today my id/pw didn't work. So I created a new account and when I logged in I did not get the start items. I didn't check my silk so I don't know if I received that.
