Is there any way to translate kSRO to English like we did to cSRO?

sure, do the same thing as you did with chinese sro media.pk2 and delete an extra byte.

but there's one tiny problem... you won't be able to log in

Yes, but if u change language for ksro, u can't type anymore korean in game.
