Can anyone tell us what this is about, apparently there is a link to download a new client. Is it closed beta for Legend VII or open beta, or final release, or download client early for when it comes out you have it ready?

it is a closed beta for new skill update coming at september. All races will have equipments and skills updated to 9th deg. New item mall pets too ( same as iSRO)
