Maybe at Jangan since level 90+ go to Jangan cave.

i checked the areas around jangan, don and the eu cities. no signs of pvp

On kSRO there is a cave. Chi'in tomb, it's where level 90+ go to level.

Me and most ppl i know pvp around the chin tomb... but never in the dungeon itself
