Hey, okay so I've done the rounds with every class, and with my Pure Int Wizard, its just not enough, he always gets his ass kicked near Hotan, by lvl 46 mobs. My question now is what would be a good PVE (leveling) class combo? I love DOT's and Warlocks the class for that it seems, but, again. I have a feeling Warlocks, Pure Int, wouldn't be enough to get by solo. So I was thinking Warlock and Bard, but Hybrid (for more health), or... Warlock and Cleric (so I can heal). And probably hybrid both ways. If I do either or, is there any guides you can point me to so I know what skills are the best, and what ones are not? Thanks.

Warlocks are actually very efficient soloers because of their ability to get zerk fast and ability to leech HP. I've played both builds (currently playing Warlock/Bard) and I have foudn Warlock/Bard to be the more efficient grinder. Speed buff plus Noise makes grinding easy and super quick. Cleric has a bigger advantage in PvP though.

Dumb question, what kind of stat point spread should I have? I'm not sure if I really understand the hole '0 gap' or 6 gap thing. I think its like you level twice, and you put those 6 points in Str, the next time you level, you put it in Int? Or am I wrong. Because if thats the case, whats a good 'gap'?

Lol a 'gap' is the difference in level between your level, and your skill level. So, for example, your level 90, your warrior is level 85, you have a 5 gap.

For a warlock/bard I would say to go pure INT.
For a warlock cleric I would consider putting in maybe 15-21 stat points into STR, so 5-7 levels worth.

i have a warlock char.
when i start it from level 1~40, i am warlock + cleric (it is good because i can use the shield effectively)

after a while, i found out i cannot use it both at same time, and i deleted cleric, change to bard.

and now, i delete this char(just 4 days ago)
does it really good? if good. please reply me here so i pull back my Lv42 char=)

Yeah I guess it depends more on whether you want to be faster or have more survivability. Or if you want to be better at PvE or PvP. For me I prefer Bard because noise and moving march trumps bless or more hp. I feel like with stun/sleep/hp leech/other debuffs warlocks have enough protection from mobs and players alike to need cleric to heal themselves, or even bless spell for that matter, and they are usually much more in need of MP (while grinding, that is). But, if you intend to spend most of your time pvping, cleric still has more advantages than bard, although it requires more sp. Bard wins in PvE.

Also, I found that weapon switching was much more difficult as a cleric, because sometimes you need to heal yourself or cast buffs very quickly, and it becomes a little confusing, whereas with bard, you only need to switch weapons to cast moving march/noise when it runs out, or when your mana runs out. This isn't a too big of a deal though.

I think it would be opposite.
A warlock/cleric has def buffs, heals, bless, RD etc. so why decrease damage for more defence when you already have it?

To me, it makes more sense that a warlock/cleric would be pure int.

But, I don't think that a warlock/bard should be pure int either.. unless they are a major pvp junkie... in which case they could just stun/sleep the enemy and run away.

But I'm not sure because I've nver played a warlock/cleric.
BARDLOCK FTW!
