i am planing to start a char on Venus i heard it is one of the best legit servers now i play on hera with lvl 74 warrior but i am kinda bored of him and i wanne start a wizard/cleric.
now i got 2 litle questions
Could i join Avalon union?(i am active and legit and love pt's )
Are there low level party's or is it all powerlvl there?

You'll need to be either pwrlvled or solo grind to 2x then you can try and get kokoru parties. Parties aren't super common until penon because most players on the server are 4x+

who accepts a lvl 20 in a kokoru pty??

I run kokoru parties for the lvl 20-23 in our guild/union all the time. I only ask that they participate and don't just plvl.
