i entered my id and pw , and waited for 3~4 mins and the image code showed up.. any way , GM tarky started to talk about extra server inspection right after i loged in so all servers are closed now

You only needed 1 box to get a reward from the jewel box so I'm guessing they're fixing that, changing it back to 10 jewel boxes = 1 reward.

just a guess here but maybe there is a global setting for things npcs say for like Talk to this Person and End Conversation, perhaps the ctf got accidently added to it because there are more then on So-Ok, or maybe the So-Ok ctf registration lost its place in the hierarchy, idk just guessing how it happened

this reminds me of what used to have with 989 studios when they had Everquest. i'd say 90% of the patches had to be REpatched and occasionally REREpatched and VERY rarely they had to REREREpatch the patch that had been REREpatched.
