Just go join a party... you're never going to learn how to play in a party unless you actually play in a party.

^^ join a legit guild / union and there are power levels offered from time to time
but as was said - get into a party and learn how to play

cant really powerlevel you but i do have punishers to ong parties each day so maybe u can join by now ur probably lvl 20 ?
