umm that makes no sense...a wolf costs 1MIL from NPC. why would anyone sell it to you for less

Because some people may regret buying their wolf and want to sell it ASAP. If they sell it for 1million who's going to buy? Most people that get a wolf would rather buy from the NPC (because leveling a wolf is very easy and it makes no sense to buy a wolf that is higher than your lvl cos you can't summon them).
And you can't sell your wolves to NPCs for 1 million. Plus better to get 800K back then what you can get from NPCs by selling it to them back.
