[Venice] WTB female armor

I'm looking for the set of female armor that goes from about lvl 17-24 i can't find all da pieces in shops and the npc stuff suks.......
preferably if they have sos, +'s ,or int/str increases that would be great though its not a must

im also looking for a lvl 24 shield with a block ratio of atleast 14
