That armor looks real badass. Another reason to stop playing my soul hunter and switch to a class with cooler armor. Say, what's evasion like, now in season 2 @ PvE... or at PvP for that matter?

Evasion is like a beefed up defense stat. AA doesn't miss anymore but say someone -like a zerker- tries to AA you and they crit (assuming the miss), well instead of 2k+ they would crit 70. It's really funny. Cast Blessing of Wind then Invisibility and you'll have a crapload of evasion.
Just check it: ((base evasion + 1429)/.32) = a lot of evasion & you'll see small numbers. If You're going domi only put one point in kaz and the other one you get as SH because in the domi tree you have a stronger kaz and that other thing. Your nukes have been beefed up too because of 20% curse mastery & various DNAs. Vamp touch scales with int and does nice dmg, but it might as well be a domi exclusive because only domis take it.

I see, but I switched my SH for a rogue with that job change thing so it doesn't help much in my case now. I was wondering what's it like. Now I'm wondering is it worth pumping evasion xeons in my armor or not. Don't know how the new defense system works so I'm not sure what I'd use: defense, HP or evasion xeons, so I'm kind of looking for advice. Thanks

I thought of changing my rogue to a SH but cba as I want her to be a 49 twink, for a rogue ~> sin I would reccomend a mix of str, con, def, HP, and evasion. SR would get dex instead of str. It's hard to decide as your class isn't as simple as my str/skill crit zerker build. My Rogue already has HP xeons in her lamenting cry from s1.

I raged at this game. With Momento Mori everything is much much more expensive, and only getting to +3 makes your expensive weapons get broken. It did for me at least. They surely upgraded the skills thing though

Played this long time ago, I think I was a human tank or some sort early lv50+ I think, was at least a year ago now. A lot changed? More quest instead of just grinding?

Yea, I played a (I think it was shaman) when they were OP nukers with no mana pool.... I played with Baka and then kinda ditched him when he got the double exp ticket and passed way over me XD
