I'm really excited. Retro did a brilliant job with the Metroid Prime series, I'm expecting great things form this. (and being a lover of 2D platformers helps too!)

You buy games based on reviews?

80% on how i feel about a game (gut reaction)
20% on player and reviewer reviews (Just to see if a hyped up game
is a good or as shit as people say it is :slap: )

Nintendo needs some new shit. I'm enjoy the nostalgic factor of replaying these games, but it's been awhile since I've seen something good from Nintendo...

You say this, but then forget about Call of Duty #423, Generic Racing Game #2057 etcetc

It's the entire game industry. They just want to make money, not make huge leaps like they use to. Because they know people will buy it.

There's a difference between bringing out old stuff, how good it might be and making the new game in a series. For sports/racing games it might be the same but for shooters the storyline is always new.

Anyway else stuck on world 7?
its not that i would say this game is hard...its just as hard/challenging as the other DKC games.
But i guess considering how games are made now adays its been awhile since i have played anything this challenging.

Before Cata released, I was up to the boss of W7. Talk about completely freaking random with a "rotation." I know they're going to do something soon, just not when; and when it does get used, it's unavoidable. =[
