If it's like the ps3 version, it's a lil slip of paper with a scratch off code you can redeem.

Which it always is nowadays. I doubt anyone ever does, nor will they ever actually put the dlc on the disc. Except for the few assholes that put a bunch of content on the disc and make you pay to unlock it.
