I am quite bored and was wondering what the best F2P mmorpg to play with a few friends as a group would be, I have been looking at Allods, RoM and Forsaken world, any other ideas?

Also some extra details, I would like to play a F2P MMORPG with a real focus on instances and dungeons that require team work and co-operation to level up rather then field grinding.

Maybe try DDO , great MMORPG based on Dungeons&Dragons 3.5 ruleset, instances contain disarming traps, puzzles, hidden trasures etc. You don't (normally) get exp for killing monsters so you can decide by yourself if you want to slaughter your way through the dungeon or if you are good at sneaking you can try to sneak past the majority of enemies. It's focus is on party play and most classes are forced to search for a parties after about level 5.
Make sure you bring in some time though, because of the way it is based on the DnD rules you will have problems because it is quite different from other MMOs. So i'd recomment having the DDOwiki open and planning a "throwaway" character first to get a grip on everything.
