lulz

Well the companions are quite overpowered anyway.
I had Boone+rex with me and they pretty much farked up the whole brotherhood of steel alone.

Lol Boone destroys people 1v1, 2v1 and 3v1. Anything more he has a pretty high chance of dying though, so I try to help out rather than sitting back and laughing.

also stupid deathclaw alhpa male suprise raped me and 2hKO'd me =( He absolutely wrecks..

Game very easy now. I got the plasma rifle shotgun thing and the meltdown perk so it's pretty much gg for anything. Either that or Lily kills it before I even have a chance to. Toughest fight so far was killing the legendary blackclaw. First time it one shot Lily and then one shot me(Level 28). Second time 2 shots and it was dead.

Mods are always nice.
Spoiler!

Also, I found the gun of the Mysterious Stranger(That bad ass guy you get with that perk.). It plays his theme music when you pull it out. Have to kill his son to get it though.

If you want to really destroy everything, take Veronica and give her power armor and a ballistic fist.

Meltdown is a fun perk, too. Just don't shoot stuff when it's close to you. That, a gauss rifle, Laser Commander, and maximum charge rounds is unstoppable. With Psycho I think the damage came to about 225 for one shot.

Spoiler!

I've also got a mod out on the New Vegas Nexus site. It tries to improve the Novac hotel room a bit.

Yea, that's the only downside to the meltdown perk. Killed myself quite a few times because I shot someone who was in front of me and it chain exploded on the other enemies nearby causing a big explosion.

Got the Laser Commander perk and the unique gauss rifle. Only problem is keeping ammo for it. The tesla cannon is nice as well. I read that the maximum charge rounds make your weapons decay faster so I never messed with them.

I found the remnants power helm a few days ago. There was a legendary cazador in there.

I've found what I think is the entrance to the remnant bunker but didn't figure out how to get in.

I'll probably end up back there again eventually.

Gatling laser with the lightweight upgrade is pretty nasty, too. Weighs 9 pounds and you can make assloads of ammo for it. Only problem is it eats the ammo just as fast.

I found that place and couldn't get in either.

I can't use the gatling laser weapon because my character isn't strong enough. Well, I can use it but my character isn't very accurate with them so I don't bother.

I only can buy one more perk once I reach level 30 so I guess I'll get The Mysterious Stranger perk.

Also, I had forgot from Fallout 3 that you should never give companions grenades. :palm:

Alright, I got the remnant power armor helm now. Going to look for the remnant power armor chest now. Should be near camp ''Forlorn Hope''(sp?) across the river. Filled with a shitload of deathclaws there. But I should be able to make it with some heavy duty guns.

I played Fallout 3 and frigging loved it.

So, I started this game a couple months ago but stopped because It would crash every 2 seconds.
My friend recently told me that there was patch & it was much better now, so I gave it a 2nd chance.
Didn't freeze once so far with the new patch.

And god damnnit, this game is AAAAWWWWEEEEESSSSSOOOOOMMMMMEEEEEE.
I just can't stop playing.

So far, I dropped maybe 20 hours on my game and I have not reached the strip.
However, I went to almost every location on the bottom half of the map and made pretty much all the quests of everytown. NCR FTW, Legion FTL!!!

Im doing the brotherhood of steel bunked right now, so my companions and ED-E and Veronica, but i'll switch back to Boone once I get out of the bunker. That is until I have the ballistic fist for Veronica.

P.S. I know im bringing this post back from the grave. But this game is awesome.
