This game has me hooked. Been playing it whenever I have free time.
Just bought a new laptop with the ATi HD5870, intel i7 Q720 and 8 GB of 1333 DDR3. ME2 has been running at 1080p with all settings on, 4AA at 60 FPS, very nice for a laptop (single GPU so don't compare this to a dual card).
Spoiler!
I had no romance. I was talking to Miranda frequently. But I really liked Jack in combat and wanted her loyalty. So when I told Miranda to lay off, yeah no more talking to Miranda. Jack hinted that I wanted sex with her, yeah... I was horrified. No romance here.
I will be playing a second time. This time I'll tell Jack to pissoff. Did the first on easy to get through the game. Will take more of my time this time around. Also my first run, I lost Talia, everyone else survived.

finally bought it...imported my old guy, just started but i love it already...took a bit to get used to the new controls and CDs, didn't help that i was playing it on hard but i thought i'd want to make my first play as enjoyable as possible...loving every minute of it...

I can't believe so many of you lost team mates at the end. Even if you had all of their loyalty you still had to pick the right ppl for the right job i guess. Not hard to choose the best people for the right job though. I used Garrus as my second squad leader both times (really who else could you trust) i choose Legion to hand the tech stuff and the Farking centuries old asari biotic powerhouse for the shield...my final team was Mordin (i just love having him around all the time) and Grunt (wanted someone who could withstand alot of damage)
final boss was epic, was playing on Veteran so i started the fight off with the mini-nuke, only took him down halfway but i guess that was enough...i was basically renegade by the end but i had alot of paragon points too cause im not evil enough, choose to destroy the Human-Reaper rather than let the Illusive Man get his hands on it. I still don't trust Cerberus...

The Hammerhead DLC is delayed for another 3 hours (nearly 2.5 at the time of typing).
The costume pack has already been out for a bunch of hours. Thane, Jack and Garrus got a new costume. Seeing how they called it pack 1, I'm sure the other team members (and hopefully Shepard aswell) won't be forgotten.
Recorded footage of the new costumes: Code: Select all
I thought only Garrus' new outfit was worth it. Not too enthusiastic about the other costumes, but meh.
I can't believe they charged money for costumes pack. They're ugly and completely worthless. Who thought having Jack with a duct tape on her eyes was a good idea?
I got it, pretty fun DLC, liked it a lot. I checked out all the statues, but I never played DA, but I remember seeing a statue of some weird creature, so that should have been it I suppose.

The statue where she says something like "you dont wanna see that in a dark road"
Its a statue of an Darkspawn Orge (huge mini bosses).
Also the comments from the guests at the party were funny as well
Hey guys, has anyone downloaded the Overlord DLC? Is it worth the price?
I did, and its good, 3 new areas as well as some hovertank driving and a very good story line make this a nice add on for mass effect 2. Although it doesnt seem like its worth the price its being sold for ;p
