I did tell you that - You said you didn't care about the treasures, nor the BSAA emblems. This is exactly why I rarely play with other people. A.I. never complains.

Shame Irving is no merc, he was cool. What merc char you guys use? Lately I've been playing around with WM. His melee moves and weapons set up seem to be made specifically to defeat those troublesome mini-bosses. Midnight is my current favorite mercenaries character, because midnight just destroys everything around him, even without trying. His melee attacks have the highest physical impact as well or so I've been told.
Also: another mercenaries tip is to learn how to inventory reload:
Basically: Normal reloading during game play takes far to long and you leave yourself open to those nasty attacks from Majinji's. So in order to prevent that you need to open the inventory window and move the ammo you carry on you, to the selected weapon. This will also prevent you from losing time or standing still. ( Note that you can't move the weapon to the corresponding ammo since that will only force the weapon and the ammo to relocate themselves.) The faster you train yourself to do this, the faster you're weapon will be able to have a full clip again. I can pick up an item from the ground and refill all his weapons, so when I regain control over him again, he's ready to go kick butt.
Also, you can abuse the pick up system as well, just like I told you above. Just when you see somethings about to hit you, pick up that ammo, herb, etc which is lying on the ground in order to grant yourself some temporarily invincibility frames. Handy when you get swamped and the executioner decides to say hello by using his hammer.

Correct, under 5 hours and you get the rocket launcher. If you already finished the game and it took you longer, you can replay chapters, if you end up faster, your playtime will change.
Anyone tried Versus yet? I downloaded it the first day, didn't play it more than a few times. Going to give it a 2nd try today, hopefully I get lucky with decent team members.

A lot of people ragequit when they're losing. Which is ANNOYING. Yeah in caps. Try getting the trophies(or achievements) when people just quit. It's holy shit you gotta play like 100 matches to get 30 wins. Not, because you suck but the people that leave the match.

Thanks SO much for the help on Mercenaries! I have a few As to get, but so far so good. Only need stars wesker and jill and sheva bow.
@Grimjaw Whats so good about midnight? I dont like his weapons, 2 handguns and the mines. @Ru How the hell did you get an A on Prison? That lvl equals hell, i keep dying by the super executioner. Is STARS better than Midnight?

Nah. There's not really a better character, just depends on what you prefer.
If you want an A rank on Prison without much effort, play as Zebraman Chris. He has 2 rocket launchers, a shotgun, and a handgun. Rocket launcher for the Kinky Executioners (Who designed that outfit what turf?!), a shotgun for everyone else, the handgun for everyone else if you ran out of shotgun shells. You get lots of points for each dead Executioner, get two and you nearly hit the number of points required for the A rank.

Just be happy that all different variations of the same weapons conveniently use the same ammo. But midnight is more for the experienced players I believe. The mines can be fun if you're being chased though. Just run ahead turn around the corner and lay down a big bad mine.
But ya know what I fear and hate? Reapers. I hate reapers.

Many other games they don't end, but they die off with a few players left in the match. Acceptable since there is still players in the match.

I don't really mind them too much. Once you figure out how to kill them they are not really a problem, and you know they are about to grace you with their presence because of the ewwy cocoons and the noise they make. I did run into their very willingly claws while I was in the Mines for the first time. Am I the only one terrified of the Chainsaw Guy or what? I'm much more disturbed by him than by an oversized cockroach. HTVHitokiri wrote: i learned to be careful where i run. true horrible story Expect an invention from Oprah Winfrey in a few days. What's the "Hand Cannon"? Grim keeps mentioning it. lol I remember when I played with a random guy and I was so freaking afraid of the lickers that I told him to go on that elevator, but since it was his first time he didn't know what was going to happen. As the Lickers came he started running like crazy and I just hid on a corner always looking everywhere to make sure no licker was going to rape me. Then he started pushing that heavy thing and there were like 10 lickers running towards him and I tought: "time to save the day!", bad bad decision. We both died. Turns out that he was even more afraid of the lickers than me (is that even possible? I was afraid of them even before I knew what they looked like! ), so it was my turn to go on the elevator, none of us wanted to go and I smelled quit so I went on the elevator. I took a deep breath and started walking. God bless the L.Hawk! Got past the first 2-3 with my hearbeat fast as hell, then when some more popped up I started shooting them rambo-like and I taught I killed them all, so I advanced, then I hear a weird noise around me, I turn around, TO SLOW, to find out that one of the lickers was still up, and he started raping me, God Bless (again) my partner's sniping skills, he took out the licker 2 seconds after he attacked me. Then I just ran to the heavy box and started pushing it always looking to that bit behind me making sure no licker was hid there. My partner was like: B B B B B (Come on! Come on! Come on! come on! come on!) and that got me even more nervous. Well we managed to get trough it, I still think of the undead licker everytime

You get the L.Hawk when you battle, or rather hide for Wesker. The S&W M500, the most powerful handgun in the game (5,000) is available for purchase once you completely upgraded the S&W M29. The M29 is found in 3-1.
