COD is for those that want faster paced gameplay. BC reminds me of search and destroy in COD, slow and boring.

And then when you finally get somewhere after a long long boring walk you get shot in the back or something and you can start all over.

if you're up for a more slowly tactical game where you actualy have to think, go play BFBC2.

If you just want to KILLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL and own people with kill streaks, go play MW2.

I play both :D

I have no problems finding targets, I'm shooting at people constantly.
Only time I have trouble getting targets, is when I occasionally play as a wookie for fun.

game is deserted

there's only like 4 full servers per map

it's a shame, vietnam needs to come out now to bring in some players.

Anyone played BFBC2:Vietnam already?

I played it and can't bear it anymore after like 3 days. It's a very awesome expansion, great atmosphere, very fun weapons and the most important and awesome thing: you can listen to the radion while driving a vehicle.
The soundtrack is goddamn awesome, i would be sitting around with my tank in a corner the whole match listening to the radio :D

But i completly hate all the maps, they may not be bad but they are not the type of maps i feel comfortable with. You mostly have no cover at all because you can shoot through almost anything without blowing it up first and there are forests everywhere. (yeah i know it's vietnam, but there had to be a city somewhere...)

My personal rating would be 4/5 (with a map that i'd feel comfortable it would be 5/5

PS: anyone know if there exists a soundtrack for Vietnam?

YAY PC did it .
It actually suprised me that PC won with such a clear margin taking into account that X-box got 300.000 more players listed than PC.
Even if X-box and PS3 would count as one platform , PC would still be the first one to unlock the map. Guess that means that PC got far less egomaniacs than the consoles :sohappy:

PS: played the map already in conquest and rush.
Conquest 3/5 :maybe a bit to much sniper friendly, but i only played one round
Rush 4,5/5 :great map on rush, had much fun playing it as both defender and attacker.

So it's pretty much a waste of 1.7gb since I won't be able to buy it for a while, if I buy it at all...

I just bought BFBC2 used for 25$ and then the update for 14$. Pretty nice, and I actually like it so far. Love the Vietnam update, Ak-47 is so sick. My only complaint is the huey, it's so weak, like anyone with a m60 or rpk can take it down in a matter of 30 seconds with good aiming...makes me mad.

I bought a new pc a while ago.....

I didnt like BFBC2 too much, always ended up last, almost no kills, all i did was ressing people. had very bad lags.

Now i got my new pc and everything runs perfect, and i got to say.. its awesomeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee... i usualy get 25+ kills in a map of conquest now and i pwn everyone with all my classes...

its also nice that with a fast pc you spawn in first cuz you load faster, so you can take tanks or choppers n shit.

BFBC2 FTW!

Can't be true,in 90% of the matches a medic who mainly heals+resses will recieve the ace pin as best player.
If you aren't a complete retard you can easily outscore every other class being a medic.
