I bought a 72 Ferrari. I didn't know they had one that was eligible for the euro race.

I drove it in one of the license tests and it was TERRIBLE. I'm going to tune it a bit so it's drivable and use it more often. It's a left seated car; I really hate playing from the right side.

edit: when you beat all the first races you get a voucher that gives a random car. One of the possibles is a truck - I ended up getting an Impreza WRX STI version III...

Would have preferred the truck =/

Is anyone else using the Special 62 to win anything without restrictions? The thing is like a rocket on rails.

Yes, you need to pay for shipping. Why not just order one from Europe?

Ha. I haven't had that happen to me yet. I double check before spending huge amounts of cr on it.

Just finished tuning it. I bought every possible upgrade and the aero kit. Looks/runs great.

I was not feeling the game anymore today. I think it was because I was stuck in a grind spot; not able to win new races or have cash for new cars.

I grinded it out and now I'm having fun sliding around corners in the GT and I opened up a lot of really long series.

I haven't been selling my series cars because you can only win them once. Too bad for the credits though.

I read that they build in 24 hour races again.
These were fun on the GT4, made them together with my dad in a 2 hour shift cycle. :D

To bad you always won shitty cars and and just a few cr. for them ...
Anyone made them already ? I wonder if they are worth it this time.

I aint gonna deny that the premium cars look superb and you couldnt squeeze more detail with the PS3's power if you wanted to. However, there is no excuse for the game being 80% fluff cars of over 20+ Skylines that are most of the time just a different trim or stickers, over 20+ Civic's and S2000's. There is also no excuse for not just settling for say a medium number maybe 500~600 cars and have them all premium rendered rather than having to feel like you ned to get the numbers up by adding 800 GT4 cars.

On top of that their choice of what premium cars are rendered imaquelately are also a mystery, the Bugatti Veyron is standard but a VW Camper van that struggles to reach 50mph is fine?
dont hate, I dont wear fanboy goggles I see a game for what it is. Being a big GT fan since the very first one, this pretty much was the last nail in the coffin for me on the GT series.

lulz, first gran turismo game I haven't grinded on.

When I get stuck, I do the specials or licenses (if they give better cars than what I have). The nurburgring one paid out like 16-30k, I think, for like 2 minutes of driving.
