I just ordered the collectors edition on amazon. It should arrive either tomorrow or Wednesday morning.

I'm a few hours from finishing ac2 - I'm so excited that it will finally push me to complete it. ;d

Anyone played online yet? Is it any good?

I played a bunch of matches, it's pretty fun. I dislike most multiplayer modes, but this one is a bit different from the usual, and it seems to work fine.

lol dom, AC2 wasn't that bad to finish :P

I'm on like 86-88% sync atm, restored all of Rome, finished all the thieves/courtesans/mercenaries assignments, got all feathers, finished assassins challenges and like halfway on the other three. I'm actually having fun after finishing a game xD The only time that happened was with GTA:SA. Oh and I got altaïrs robes and armor through uplay =D

I only bought my PS3 when that game came out. I got a lot of games at once and I played it for a while, but then I put it aside to try newer ones.

Eventually it just kept getting pushed back for newer games.

I'm still playing it. Took a break to focus on the side missions after Sequence 7, currently puzzling away with the new glyph puzzles. I love deciphering those hidden messages. OvO

Very fun game. I need to go back to gather up the rest of the achievements I missed, but enjoyed the story. I hope they fixed the way MP was though. I'd be in a party with someone and it would put us in seperate games =/

Game is awesome, I went and got creed 2 after and I kinda feel creed 2 is lacking in comparison ( I am not that far into creed 2 ). Brotherhood has some sexy visuals going for it as well, this is not to say creed 2 is that bad off.

ps. what actually pushed me to get creed 2 was the ending of brotherhood, really wtf was that, i am actually pre ordering creed 4 at the first chance I get >.<.

Just finished it yesterday. Got it on the 22nd (It released for the PC on the 22nd.) First game I ever pre-ordered and it was worth it.

I played the first and second one and I feel the second had a better story but brotherhood has better gameplay by a long shot.

i really wish that you won't play such a godlike fighter in the next AC.
I sometimes really wonder why i should stay hidden when i could just easily blast my way through with my assasin army. Any why have an army of 10 super fighters if you just a few of them every now and then and the rest of the time you tell them to go to awesome places like paris, london, cologne and do all the awesome work for you just to bring in money.
Since we already are talking about money, they really need to change the way money works in this game, you are completly overthrown with money and the only thing you can do is either buy armor or rennovate. And to renovate the city in the end just gives you even more money and let you spend less on the stuff you want to buy. I finished all the renovations somewhere between 50~60% progress and after that i couldn't do anything with my money.

I'd really like to see the next AC in a setting where most of the soldiers had guns. somewhere in between 1700~1950. You have to plan your moves, or you will get slaughtered. Maybe i am the only one who doesn't like the "surrounded by 20 people all attacking you one after another like in a bud spencer & terrance hill movie" but that's a thing which sometimes just kills the feeling for me :/ .
The function with the assasin appreantices was a nice thought, but far from perfect. In one mission i was told to let an assasin appreantice kill the target, problem was: i just had 9 full experienced assasins and therefore i couldn't reach full sync ( or it was a bug , dunno).
If they find a way to implement them better into the game i'm ok with that feature. Maybe a little more advanced strategic use then "kill him". I most of the time sent about 3~5 on a mission, why do i have to do most of my missions alone?
And for the money system: i'd just like to see that you have to make decision because you don't have thousands of coins. Money should be a rather rare thing , not something you can throw around mindlessly.

All in all it's still a good game with which i had quite some fun, a good game with a new feel every few years between all the brown-greyish shooters flooded with chest-high-walls , but it still got quite some unused potential. And it's one of the few franchises which still makes steps forward with each new title. Last game i can remember which achieved a similar motion was CoD up to it's fantasic 4th title, don't want to talk about the horrible time after that one though...

Just completed AC2 and it was just garbage compared to ACB. It wasn't better in any way and tbh it was a bit painful to play through, the ending disappointed me big time and I played just for that.

In brotherhood or 2 ? in AC2 it just takes forever to aim so you need to position yourself in pretty much "sweet spots" to unload ( if you have "agro" ), in brotherhood I had no trouble using it whatsoever.

I only used it a few times because the guys on horses kept pissing me off. Otherwise I have not used it in combat. Several times with the sword combo though.

Don't know how long it lasted. I just minimized it and did something else for awhile.

I completed it the other day (steam version) and yes the credits were stupidly long but once over
you are back inside of your base and able to explire all of Roma.

Finished ACB recently. Damn, AC is so mindfuck. Totally unexpected ending again. The story gets more confusing with every new AC game. Great job Ubisof on making such a deep storyline. Definately leaves u thinking about what just happened and what will happen. :)

Nothing really. It is there to get "Cheats" and bonus missions.

Finished it, with only going out of the animus once :/

Read some thoerys and whatnot, and discovered that subject 16 sent messages to Desmond -_-

Missed out on the emails/ lucy missing etc lol.

Although I did lolque at the end.

Anyone know if I can go back and read emails/ leave animus after credits in free roam?

Currently waiting till they are over.

nope. At the end you're basicly in a coma and they put you in the animus. Also we don't know who "they" really are. (could be subject 16?).

Here's some pretty good theories about it all. (Spoilers.) It takes time reading thorugh all the 10 pages of long posts, but it's worth it. I haven't read the couple last pages myself yet. :)
