I secretly digged the Grentch hat. :3 Though I thought those antlers from the 1st Wintersday were the best.

I missed the snowman head and the jester's cap from NF first time they had Wintersday in Kamadan. I also missed some of the festivals in Factions. Can't wait for Chinese New Year event, I want a cute mini ox. :3 Like the grey ones that waddle around there.

Hey everyone!! Been a long time since I posted!
I did some of the wintersday events, I got like a stack of candy cane shards and got both hats, I wanted the cool antlers too. T___T I hardly play anymore, with collage and trying to by a house its all just crazy. Though we are supposed to get like 6 inches of snow tonight, work might close tommarow! woot! hehe
Anyways I have been slowly playing my ele trying to get her the KoaBD title, already have 2 and the 3 one is very close. Been doing alot of pve monking, boy is that different mindset then an ele let me tell yea! lol
I did after like 50 hours of trying manage to get 18 fame from Hero's Ascent. Its like so not worth it seems, other then the rank raises your max amount of balth you can hold. I am up to like 70k kursick faction! lol
And I am currently looking for an active guild, not sure if I wanna go to a pve or a pvp one, probably pve till I get all the skills unlocked on both my ele and monk so I can run what is needed not just what I have.

Hey guys, I've ran into a dilemma. I have 3 PvE 20s, (Ele, Derv, and Sin) and Idk which kind of guy to make next. And I'm really pissed that I don't have EoTN so I can't accomplish my Sin Runner Build (NOO!) . Well Idk which profession combo to make next, I want to be a good GvGer, but not healer! Any ideas, idc what it does in GvG as long as it isn't a monk! Um, I don't care much about Pve because my derv farms and my ele just sucks :p and eventually my sin will run, when I get EOTN soon after I get my new job. So any ideas, and with your idea can you post like a reason or something? Thanks!

Well if you want to advance in PvE then defintely get EoTn. No point in doing to much else if you dont have that by now.
If you are looking for some intresting GvG builds. Then try flag running, its fun and different. I cant be bothered to give you any links right now, but im sure if you do a bit of reasearch you can find some builds to try.
I remember back in the day i used to flag run with a Ranger, that was fun.

Well i myself am not playing Guild Wars all to much myself.
So im currently guildless. I just log on to make some money or for events.
I just don't have as much time as i used to, to be a hardcore player.
All though if you are looking for a laid back guild, id go search on the Guild Wars Guru Forums in the guild recruitment section, you may find what you are looking for there.

Hey everyone, Though its not out yet, what do you think about the possiable GWII level idea? Where you can only gain benifit up to lvl 20 like we currently are, but your lvl can go past that. Like my ele, she has earned a total of 340 skill points, she would read in game as lvl 340 but still retain her lvl 20 attribute points. Keen on the idea or what you think?

Read it on GW2wiki, there will be 100 or more levels in it. I just hope it doesn't become a classical grindfest, like most of the MMOs.

One of the main reason I play GW is because its not a grind-fest. Although technically you have to grind your gear and skills, I don't feel like I"m in a big disvantage in PvP or PvE when my gear is not as urber as the others. Because at least we have the same attribute pts minus the superior runes, which decrease health anyways to make it fair.
for GW2 I don't really mind if the level is 300 or 500, but I think as long as its fair game play where non grindy ppl can still participate in active pvp and PvE without too much of a disadvantage. (still it would be nice to have a lvl 20 cap, because it feels good to cap)

Tbh I don't care what the cap will be. The only thing I hate is when I play GW in an internet caffe, flyff players come and tell me GW is crap coz of 20 lvl cap, lol.

Narrow minded if they only look at the level cap. Personally I think a skill based character is way more challenging than level based.

McLovin1t wrote: I cannot kill acolyte of balthazar Ya capping Avatar of Balthazar is pretty hard, I think it took me around 5-6 tries before I got it. But here're some tips - Try luring the mobs one group at a time using a bow, patience is key - Place your party somewhere while you go lure the mobs to them instead of you going to them - try to get a interrupt ranger hero (e.g. Migrid the sly) with interrupting skills, the acolyte won't be able to transform - otherwise you might be able to lure the acolyte out by himself, that way you can have a 1 vs 8 advantage - remember Patience is key! take your time, don't rush things, you'll get it eventually edit: here's a good exam of how to cap it, you might find it useful http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-qXP0XUmpHU

Yeah luring helps for sure. My char is a Ranger and interruption did the trick, didn't had any problems with him.

They are probably gonna keep the "Level Up by Missions" style, only this they are gonna be way more missions for way more levels, which means awsome lore too I strongly hope the level cap wont be over lv.100... being lv.467 seem's just ridiculous

Similar to how people for HA want to see your /rank because being rank 9 means that you arent a noob and know all the maps and know what to do with little direction. Wish it wasn't like that in Ha but it is, same thing would be for normal pve grouping, I have seen dozens of lvl 18's be kicked just because of lvl and some 20's that should have been kicked for doing nub crap. The extra lvls that show is more like a way to tell others that you played x-amount on time into this toon and understand it inside and out. Sorry if it came off like I wanted it to be another sro grind fest where it takes 1~2 years to hit lvl cap. Hopefully that makes more sense. Well after reading that gw2 wiki, I am sorta sad to see the mouse movement is gonna be gone and only keyboard stuff. I wish they would release more information about professions though, races seem interesting. I am up in the air over gw2, not sure what to think really.

Norn. Because I thought Jora was badass. And because they're 9 ft tall and I'm kind of fed up with being almost 5ft wtf.
What else is there? Asura, Norn and some elf wood thing? Anything else?
