Well i don't know which game to buy

I've never played either so i don't know much about them. I've watched some videos of the two games on youtube and it seems prototype is more fun + my cousin played Prototype and said it was great, but reading comments off the interwebz (+the thread in SRF) AC2 is more popular.

i don't really care about the graphics, just something to play over the summer when i'm bored.

I can't buy em both 'cause i don't have the $$ (whichever game i buy ill have a 2nd hand from ebay or gamestop <,<)

BTW i'm using a PC, if that matters (i have a gamepad tho)

So yeah, AC2 or Prototype?

I havent played AC2 yet, still on first that I have to start over with since some stupid shit happened which deleted all my games on the D: drive. But I would rather go with AC2 since IMO Prototype sucks.

I prefer the game play of Prototype over ACII, but the story in ACII is so much better than Prototype.

I haven't played AC yet... that says something. my vote goes to prototype I guess. It has a high addiction factor and I've done over a 110 hours of it according to xfire. that's about 1/7th of my total gaming time in 2.5 years...

Never played prototype, but I got kind of bored of AC2 near the end.. It's always the same, assassinate that guy, that guy too, oh wait let's kill that person too..

Got both, I have played a lot more Prototype than AC2 though. Idk, I think Prototype is a sickass game, and it was probs one of my favourite. I have played AC2, and I like it aswell. Idk why I played Prototype more. I would probably sy Prototype, but once you get good, you will finish the game pretty fast.

EDIT: I agree with BloodyBlade. I watched my bro play quite a bit, but one of the let downs in AC2 was the flying machine you got, you could only use for like 1 mission, and not keep it.

Lolz I still haven't finished prototype, got stuck at some mission and it pissed me off so badly that I went to play other games xD Maybe I'll get it back from a friend and try again someday...Perhaps.

Anyways I'd go for ACII.

ACII > Prototype
Ac has storyline prototype doesn't.
Ac has cool hidden blade option, and protype has new skills which sux.
Ac is addictive.

If you don't have a normal Xbox, then those games are a waste lol. It think it sucks that you can't play old xbox games on a 360 (Unless you have a chipped one?)

Prototype has a storyline, it's just not as in depth as AC mostly because AC is 3+ games.

But yea Prototype skills aren't very exciting

You need a harddrive and internet connection. You will often need to update xbox games to be able to play them.
