You have full control of your country you can spy, make a alliance, attack, nuke, send aid out to allies and everything its pretty sweet check it out. No man not at all it has its own site and 4 different servers it has its own forums and is nothing like a facebook game. Its pretty sweet actually don't judge the game on my description check it out http://www.wargames2.net
