Normally when it comes to games i can make up my mind whatever i wanna
buy it or not.
but in the case of mount & blade (with expansion) i just dont know if i should or not :palm: :soosad:

It seems to have very mixed reviews and seems like a game i could easily
love...or end up hating completely (personally i may just get the standalone
add on expansion)

Posting here to see what you guys think about this game and if any of you have it or have played it before?

M&B Warband is awesome, but I found that without cheats, it get's boring kinda fast.

If it gets boring you're not playing to the game's fullest capacity.

Go follow some armies around, do jobs for the vassals. Break people out of prison, start wars by attacking caravans for someone, etc.

Buy it, I'd love to see these people make money enough to do a M&B 2 that's more polished and professional. As it is it's very impressive, but it could be much more with the right funding.

Spoiler!

Can't imagine having fun in the game with cheats.

It's rough getting started but once you get a good footing the money starts pouring in and you're on easy street as long as you keep out of fights you can't win.

It maybe a late post , but anyway i had mount and blade 1.003 version then got my warband version and it is not impossible or that much hard without cheats , i once finished the game and defeated all other kingdoms and there was only 1 kingdom remaining ( my kingdom ) in 888 ingame days and had ~200 soldiers and had some of the best armors without 1 single cheat and on warband i actually used some cheats to make it faster and i was almost the king of my own kingdom in warband but the pc screen need to get fixed so i can't play it for now , overall it is worth it and you won't get bored of it in 2 weeks as someone already said .
