Okay, i'm going to play bad cop here, to be honest, in your previous so called "montage" you were flammed for using a shot gun, which will probably happen again, that's not impressive at all. I haven't played MW2 but I have played a lot of MW, and tbh this is by far not impressive at all. Only one or two sniper shots were. Your no scoping fine, but with a bolt action sniper, lame + no skills needed there. When someone calls themselves an awesome player, and shows this, it does not impress me at all. If you want to continue making videos, I suggest playing with real pro players, that make this as a living out of playing games. Those are truly amazing. Stop thinking so highly of yourself, its almost embarrassing.

I don't play much FPS games, but I have seen what true skills are and this isn't even near...

I gave you a tip: watch how real men do it, then do that, then you can call yourself good

Its like a sympathetic teacher that gives his students A+ in everything. Kid is super happy, goes to college and wonders why he gets D+ and C...

Your an average joe, stop thinking so highly of yourself. Come down to reality, your not.

Without all the "im a beast player" thing, it would be better.

Eg: Average round in MW2. would have been better.

Support? Not everyone wants to see multiple threads of the same game. Many of us are trying to be nice and saying what we don't like. We're not going THIS VIDEO FCKING SUCKS GTFO SRO FORUMS YOU <insert whatever insult CoD has>.

There is a huge thread for both games were people [might] enjoy your video(s). To me this is just.. well spamming. If I found an interesting Starcraft 2 game I just don't go make another thread, because that just seems.. uhh.. just spam in general when there is a thread on the first page about the discussion of the game itself.

Ignoring that you could have made a thread for the same franchise.

1st thing, never said im the best maker ever..... so Stfu about that shit. I know i am bad compaired to soem of the editors, i bet your not so good at whatever you do, so why are you doing it, just because someone or alot of people are better than you doesnt mean you have to stop. Or are you one of those people who need to be the best otherwise they will quit....

2nd. ever seen the film tooth fairy with the rock in it? and the rock says "Your an average joe, stop thinking so highly of yourself. Come down to reality, your not." Most hated person of all, just because of his own life is bad, he has to bring other people down..... Well youve just earned yourself his role in reality you D*** head.

Practice never hurts no-one....

Don't do much actually, I play games for my own personal goodness, not to "try" to bloat around to others. I had a strong character on sro, pwned many many guys on my server, had a tactic of my own, to beat them, many asked me how I did that. Never made a single pvp video about my character at 110 cap, nor to show off. Instead I made a guide about how to get a good character. Call me what ever you want but I still think your useless and you should get more practice before trying to made videos about how your "good". Practice alone, without trying to show off doesn't hurt your right. Calm down btw, and face it your not good, and you need to stop thinking your amazing.

As I recall your previous thread wasn't a success: viewtopic.php?f=76&t=127724&p=1871968#p1871968

Here's some tips for you since you are making common errors for an aspiring editor.

1)
If you are going to use dubstep which has nice beats to sync with and drops for transitions, then please use the opportunity, don't ignore it. Either find music which suits longer clips , or use short sporadic clips to fit with the beats, it makes watching a video like this more enjoyable. Good example of this can be seen at 51seconds when there is a really nice drop in the music that you completely ignored.

2)
I'm assuming you're somewhat new to editing and just a few thing's I noticed that you should fix are:
At 15-16 seconds in, you're glow transition dosen't end on time with the new clip starting so for a brief second we can still see the UK logo. Not a big deal, but little thing's like that really annoy me when I'm editing.

3)
Constantly speeding up clips get's really tiring really fast. Like I said before, use smaller clips at a normal/slow mo speed to allow the viewer to see what happening rather then trying to fit 1'00000 kills in 10 seconds leaving them thinking well he killed a lot but so what. Bottom line is, speeding up clips removes the tension/atmosphere of a clip so I'd use it scarcely.

4)
Have a theme for you're video if possible. What I mean by this is, if you are going to include effects like at 54 seconds. Have it consistently through out the video rather then trying to fit it in at a random moment and never include it again. I mean these video's you make are sort of your practices at getting good at editing which is perfectly normal, but for a true editor these kind of school boy errors really stand out.

5)
To go hand in hand with the theme of the video, also choose a set color scheme and contrast setting. Either make you're video's with an emphasis on cold or warm colors and have a set contrast level for you're clips. I noticed a few variations which again is something other editors pick out on easily.

6)
Endings are just as important as beginning. The ending here was just a simple video/audio fade. You could have done so much more. I won't spell it out for you, but you can easily do something more creative then that.

The guy who won the competition for MetalStorm took into account a set theme, constant effect setting, warm colors, timing with the music and interesting transitions. If you're having troubles understanding what points I'm trying to make then look at his and try to learn.

PS: To the others in this thread, chill out. Some of you obviously can't read or missed the OP. This isn't him playing, he got the clips from another player and is just editing the clips for himself. So stop with the flaming about play style since it isn't even him.

You've been a member for a year. What are these "old times" you mention?

When you post something on the internet, you are opening yourself up to feedback. If you can't take it, don't post it.

You posted a, let's be honest, badly edited montage of a game most of us don't play any more.

If you want tips and proper feedback, don't blow up on the first reply even if you think he's completely in the wrong. It will only make you look like a dick and the hivemind will reprimand you.
