How do you submit a screenie here to this site so that it can get 'evaluated'

I have a sweet one that I think many might get a kick out of

If you click on a screenshot above, then you see in the lower part of the window the place you can submit it

Go to the screenshots section. At the bottom is a button that says "choose file" and another that says "sumbit".
