You must select an avatar and provide a location in your profile to participate on the board.

These can be found under your user profile settings.

i did select an avatar and i dont understand the location to participate on board, i cant find anything referring to that?

Your profile has a 'Location field'.

Fill that in, and you'll be allowed to post on different sections.

Look below my avatar for reference, there's a location field, which i filled in @ profile settings.
