Problem with posting new topics.

You must select an avatar and provide a location in your profile to participate on the board.

These can be found under your user profile settings.
If you believe you have recieved this in mistake, please post in Site Discussion.

i already selected an Avatar !

Yup, but you need to fill in your location aswell. Go to Profile, fill in your location there and you're good to go.
