How I can get that server label?

You mean those flags under your avatar?

In case you want those, just go to profile, and type the name of your server in 'Location'.

I tried it, but it did not work. Or does not Alps have that flag?

Alps has a flag yes.

Simply Remove the "Finland" and Type in Alps

It should work.

Well, you didn't do anything wrong.

Alps is one of the newer servers, and the newer servers don't have a flag yet.
