I am getting:
"Runtime Error!
Program: C:\Program Files\Silkroad\sro_client.exe
This applicationhas requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."
please help on anything I can do to get this running. Thank you

Yeah could be true but 1: no one was replying in the correct forum and 2: I'm glad you took your time to write a reply that doesn't do anything for you or me but adds another post on your resume..
