Make more user ranks

Not only "Regular User" and "Elite Member"
It's makes a forum better and nicer

I don't understand how that makes the forum better.

A Elite Member is just as good as a Regular User. Same privilegies etc.

Maybe some people want ranks because it looks nice? It really doesn't have to be related to post count :wink:
