Im a member on a forum that has a board like this (it aint just called spam though, and it is actually their equivilant to the off topic lounge) but luckly the members on that forum are mature and it dosnt get spammed, its just used for offtopic discussions every now and then.
I cannot say that the majority of people here are mature though. It may sound like fun but it wont be, maybe for a few hours tops. It will just be abused and i dont think anyone would be willing to take up the job of moderating it. If you really really really must spam then just go to 4chan, they probably wont even notice your spamming, you will just blend in.
