Hello, I know this is my first post, but some friends told me really to post this ideas.
I'll keep it short,

1. We all know the logging-in system is an annoying problem. Many (starting) players will quit because of that problem.I don't know if it's allowed to refer to an other game. But a game (which is well known with a bad reputation) called Tibia, had the same problem. Many bots/proxies and others hack programs were scripted to pass the logging-in system, it kept logging in, which is also heavy for the server.
Their solution was simple, en very useful. If you logged on while you were premium, you got logged in right away. If you aren't, you will be putted into a WAITING QUEUE. It refreshes every 10 sec when you are between 1-50, every 30 sec when you are 50-100, and 1 minute when you are 100+.
If 1 player logs out, the first one of the waiting queue gets in. This is fair, and I seriously think this is a very good idea to fix this problem.

2. Don't you think it's annoying to find your friend with coordinates...? Well, I've come up with an idea.
My idea is that you can send a sort of a "flare" to a friend, to show on HIS/HER map, where YOU are. This is also possible that you can check your friend list, and press a button like: Search friend, and it gets (for example) a purple dot on the map, or whatever color is left.

I had 2 more idea's but I've forgotten them... I will post them later maybe.



I hope you give some serious replies on my suggestions/ideas. Even while it's my first post here...

PS: If it isn't allowed to compare the logging-in system to Tibia, please tell me or moderate it your self, just make it a game or what else.

i think many suggestions similar to yours have been made on the official
forums, i think many people have tried contacting Joymax, emailing and
calling them. and i also think, joymax has taken zero action after hearing
about such suggestions.

however, if you really want to try and stand out, go to the official sro
forums (http://www.silkroadonline.net -> then go to the forums) and post your
suggestions there.

You're right, they don't even read it anyways.. I don't care anymore.. That Joymax, is commercial anyways, and i bet they are egoistic... aah w/e... I will get close to them anyways, 3 friend of my have bought silk trought my paypal, so in total, olmost 150 Us dollars has been buyed silk... i hope they will listen then...
