would Cleric/Wizard be a good build? You can only do 2 skill trees, right? BTW I am on RedSea, I find it easier to get on than Rome so Im workin on a euro there just fer fun. I'm still a Roman by birthright hehe

Yes, it would be a good build, and yes you can only have 2 full trees. Problem with wizard is that you can use absolute damage on the wizard to kill it, which makes bless NULL. That is one of the main reasons i choose bard instead; allowing me to move quickly and escape if i have to rather than rely on bless.

yea, inspite of cleric buffs there is still a possibility that they can still crit/one-hit you (depending on the mob), but that is a rare happenstance...well imma hoping it is!...

still a wiz/cleric is real fun to play...great damage dealer and your buffs help you to grind solo... :D

Yes, int all the way. There's a certain wiz/cleric on Rome that I've pwnd many times, if this person stays to fight instead of running away to safe zone. That's the problem with lots of these euro builds. If they don't get you right away, they freak out an dknow they'll die so they run as fast as possible back to the safe zone in PvP so they don't die. Then, they come back when they're buffed again and have all HP back, and try to crit you while you're in a pvp with someone else. stupid stupid stupid

ok, well that sounds bogus. I could discern that the build is an incredible dmg build but no defense so, which is the euro "tanker" ?

Since I already have a lvl 6x Wiz-Cleric, ima say that the good thing about being cleric as sub is having "Bless Spell", "Bind", u become VERY Demanded in PTs, "Pure Offering/Offering" OWNS! also recovery division comes in handy.

There r also a few good stuff in having Bard as Sub, u don't get to grind ur ass farming for LOTS AND LOTS of SP as in Cleric,"Discord Wave" is COOL, "Noise" is very helpful if u r INT while grinding and jobbing, "March" is also very helpful in both criteria...
for now u might think u can substitute "March" with the Drug of typhoon/wind or w/e that is available at the NPC, but think when 90 cap hits u'll get a 100% speed increase +20% more if u r wearing robes, so u got 120% in total, u can use it anytime and it won't cost u a dime.
