Hi everyone, just needed some clarification on phy balance and magic balance.

1)On a weapon there is a phy dmg and a magic dmg as well, When are you using the wepon's phy dmg and when are you using the weapon's magic dmg?

2)When weapon is imbued, the xx-xx(100% <---magic dmg or phy?)

3)in your character info screen, is phy dmg only raised by adding str points? or are there other factors?

4)does raises your intel decrease your phy balance? vise versa

sorry if i sound confusing, hope I can get some inputs thanks.

1) if using weapon skills, you use both. if you dont imbue, its pure physical for weapon skills.

2) magical dmg

3) only by adding str

4) no it does not.

thanks for the reply, as to the answer for question#2

when i imbue say
phy balance 100% magic balance 30%

fire 100(+100%<---magic dmg) if my character's magic balance is at 30% it would be 100(+30%) ?

that would be right because the above means I do more dmg without imbue, or iam i misundestanding something?

ur misunderstanding.

the (+xx%) is a constant that is factored into joymax's equation for figuring out your damage. It also represents the cool down rate. higher percentage skills take longer.

you had a nother question. There's no point in lowering ur physical balance. Just focus on making ur magical balance higher with +INT equipment. This should be easy with the new alchemy.

4)does raises your intel decrease your phy balance? vise versa

when you add int from points you gain as you lvl up , your phy ballance will go down

when you add int points that are on items ( like a hat or a ring ) you do not lose phy ballance
and visa versa
you can add str to increase your lfe with out lowering your mag ballance by using + str items
