Max your imbue and get some basic heuskal skills and use the strongest spear you can find.

Must piercing force ASAP.

Is it worth getting the first spear skill?

Unless you are going to delevel Huskel to 0, then there's no point in deleveling it. It's only 2 SP and the 10 curst hearts it'd take to delevel + the gold is better spent elsewhere.

Not necesarily.

Having basic melee spear skills will help you do trade runs b4 u get your first nuke.

The heuskal passive is also very nice.

If nothing, tak 20 Heuskal Wolf bite, Dancing Demon, and Soul Spear, all level 1, with 2 ranks in the passive.

By the time you hit level cap youll want to farm more SP there and bring up the heuskal tree more to around 30 or 40 for more +HP, and expect to aim for maxing out heuskal and the passive after you have maxed out the nukes, Piercing force, Windwalk, etc, so that you get enough HP to be more useful in PvP.

EDIT: and no, its not worth resuscitating 1 skill point for 10k gold and 10 curst hearts. thats just stupid.

IMO must piercing does pretty much nothing until level 30+. You will get practically no difference at such a low level.
